Guilty (wo)man

Are you guilty because you fart at unusual time or place? Are you guilty because you cannot stop eating that fat full diet? Are you guilty because you go to watch a movie all alone even when you are 26 years of age? Are you guilty because you sing worst then a donkey? Are you guilty because that's the only feeling you have known time immortal? 

Welcome to world of guilty man and woman. No matter what ever they do, think, say, or feel the guilt feeling always lingers with them. Mothers feel guilty if they spend an extra hour at spa even if they spent their nights all awake for their kid. Fathers feel guilty if they work hard for extra money even if that extra dough is for their kids secure future. Husbands feel guilty if they ogle at other female even if their wife once wearing small finds extra large a misfit. Wife feels guilty if they cannot get up in the morning and cook for their husbands. Kids feel guilty if they skip meals even if eating it does no good to them. Etc. etc. I have seen numerous situations where people feel guilty. It seems if you haven't felt guilty you have not lived the day.    

STOP FEELING GUILTY.

If you have done some wrong, get up and make sure you don't repeat it. If you cannot stop yourself from repeating the wrong then except it. Make a public announcement about your wrong habit and let others take a decision about it. Whatever is the case you should not feel guilty. If you are habitual womanizer or smoker so be it. Let the person coming in your life be aware of it. Nobody is perfect and never try to be one, you will end up being a guilt ridden person.

You may have ego/drinking problem or snoring problem. Whatever is the case? If you are ashamed about it then do everything possible to correct it. Seek help.  Every problem comes with a solution. One only needs to look in the right direction for solution.
